In this Cerebrovascular Accident (stroke) recovery case study, carried out at NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, the use of NexStride was beneficial and observed through individual PT sessions as gait deviations improved from initial ambulation trial. Noted improvements in gait included increased BOS, decreased scissoring of LLE foot placement, and increased steadiness during ambulation.
