Where can I buy NexStride?

NexStride is available for purchase right here on our website, and we ship it to your door. It comes with a 1-year warranty, and a 30-day money-back guarantee, so you can buy with confidence.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your NexStride leaves our fulfilment center, you will be able to track its progress. We will send you the tracking details in an email. The tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update.

Can I change the shipping address, after I've ordered?

If you need to change the address to send your NexStride to, please let us know immediately. While it’s not possible to change the address once we’ve shipped your order, we will do our best to update the address before we send it.

I am receiving an error message at the checkout, what do I do?

Firstly, please check if the error message gives an indication of what’s wrong. If your card was declined, double check that you’ve entered the number, date and security code correctly — just one digit out of place will cause a payment to fail. If our website is not behaving as expected, please reach out to us for assistance.

I am a veteran — will the VA fund NexStride?

Thanks to the VA, NexStride is completely free to veterans with Parkinson’s. Please contact your local VA office and request a NexStride from VA staff.

Is NexStride covered by Insurance / Medicare?

NexStride is not currently covered by medical insurance including Medicare.

Am I eligible for a discount on NexStride?

I think my item might be faulty. What do I do?

We are so sorry to hear this – we will do our best to get this resolved as quickly as possible. Get in touch with our team and we will find a resolution.

I don’t use a mobility aid. Is there a way I can use NexStride?

If you do not currently use any type of mobility aid, NexStride will not be an effective solution to improve your mobility. We are actively developing the NexStride Belt that will be usable by anyone, even without a cane, walker, or walking poles. Sign up for our newsletter for product updates!
